The Vision of
“Light in the Night Safe Zones”
Imagine driving in your car on a dark Halloween night, thinking why do we have to take our children down dark streets to get candy from strangers on a night that is focused and filled with evil ideas and representations?”
As you make the turn into a centralized community park, all of a sudden you see huge bright white tower lights and flashing red lights from emergency fire trucks and police vehicles parking in a circle.
Next you see hundreds of adults standing around while kids are playing games and having fun in a safe, bright and protected area.
Then you hear exciting powerful high-energy worship and praise music glorifying God and thumping through the airwaves, as hundreds of people are joyfully fellowshipping together.
Next you smell popcorn, hot dogs and cotton candy floating in the air.
Then this overwhelming feeling of God’s love just starts to pour over you. Deep down in your spirit a question comes to your heart and mind: "What is going on?"

This is the life-changing question that has opened the doors to many people’s hearts that allows a great opportunity to be a Light and a Witness for the gospel!
The challenge for this year is to have 100 LITN event locations working together and setup throughout central and eastern Pennsylvania,
Literally setting this part of the state of Pennsylvania ablaze of God’s Glory!
This is a great opportunity for your church to be an active part of the Body of Christ as we work together with other churches and teams, radio and tv programs to push back the darkness of Halloween.
This event is a great way to also work with local fire and police teams to create great relationships that last long after the event.
Whether you can host a small location event on a street corner with a team of 5 to 10 people or a large community park event with 20 to 30 volunteers it will still be a light in the darkness.
Even one small candle can light up a room; imagine what millions of watts and candlepower of light from 100 locations would do to light up a region. They may even be able to see us from the space station!
But more important than anything is that God will see His people standing as a light and force against the darkness and touching lives with His love.
We are asking you to join with us. Please register your team, church and location and be a part of this years Light in the Night event!
